Floors are 100mm Kingspan Thermafloor
Walls are 50mm Kingspan TW50 Thermawall
Ceilings are 2 layers of 50mm Kingspan with 50mm between 75mm deep rafters and 50mm across the face of the rafters, behind the plasterboard. This is the maximum that can be put into these rafters as we must leave a 25mm gap between the tile laths and the insulation to allow the roofing felt to drape and not let water through. The insulation underneath can not be thicker than the insulation between as this causes interstitial condensation as the dew point is moved.
